This product is an anti-SOX2 recombinant antibody (VS-0924-YC90). It targets the human and mouse SOX2 protein, a marker of cancer stem cells (CSCs). The antibody can be used for detecting SOX2 in CSC tissues or cells by Immunohistochemistry (1/1000-1/2500), Western blot (1 µg/mL), and Immunofluorescence (2-10 µg/mL).

    Downstream SRRT target that mediates the promotion of neural stem cell self-renewal (By similarity).
    Keeps neural cells undifferentiated by counteracting the activity of proneural proteins and suppresses neuronal differentiation (By similarity).
    May function as a switch in neuronal development (By similarity).
