The Rabbit Anti-SPARC Recombinant Antibody is specific for human SPARC. SPARC encodes a cysteine-rich matrix-associated protein for collagen calcification in bone and ECM synthesis, linked to tumor suppression and metastasis. The anti-SPARC antibody can be used for Immunohistochemistry (1/100-1/200).
