Mouse Anti-SPI1 Recombinant Antibody (SP324)

The anti-SPI1 recombinant antibody (SP324) reacts with human SPI1. SPI1 (PU.1) is an ETS-family transcription factor essential for the development of macrophages and B-cells. It regulates the expression of diverse immune genes. Low levels of PU.1 signaling are associated with the development of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) due to a block in myeloid differentiation. The anti-SPI1 antibody (SP324) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
