The anti-SRPK2 recombinant antibody (SR564) reacts with human SRPK2. SRPK2 is a kinase that specifically phosphorylates SR proteins, which are essential regulators of mRNA splicing. SRPK2 signaling is regulated by the mTORC1/S6K1 axis to coordinate lipid biosynthesis with mRNA processing. Its overexpression drives oncogenic splicing programs in various cancers. The anti-SRPK2 antibody (SR564) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
