High Quality Rabbit Monoclonal
The Recombinant Rabbit Anti-STIP1 Antibody (Clone JB95-38) offers superior sensitivity compared to polyclonal alternatives we've tried. In Western Blots, it detects STIP1 clearly even in samples with lower expression levels. The background is remarkably clean, which we attribute to the high specificity of the rabbit monoclonal format.
Excellent for Co-IP
We utilized this antibody to investigate the interaction between STIP1 and HSP90. It worked excellent in immunoprecipitation assays, pulling down the chaperone complex effectively. This reagent has been crucial for our research into the protein folding machinery and chaperone regulation.
