This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that directly bound to human TROP-2, and specifically to its extracellular domain encompassing amino acids 27-274. AR47A6.4.2 recognizes a discontinuous epitope consisting of sequences around LFRERYRLH and QVERTLIYY.
