Rabbit Anti-TARDBP Recombinant Antibody (clone R06-3G4)

This R06-3G4 recombinant monoclonal antibody is designed to target human TARDBP. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. We verify the QC result of the antibody through western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). The specificity of the TDP 43 antibody was confirmed by western blot analysis of TDP43 in K562, C6, 3T3, Hela lysates and immunocytochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human brain.
