Mouse Anti-TRIM25 Recombinant Antibody (TR664)

The anti-TRIM25 recombinant antibody (TR664) reacts with human TRIM25. TRIM25 (EFP) is an E3 ligase essential for the activation of the viral sensor RIG-I. It mediates the K63-linked polyubiquitination of RIG-I, which is required for the production of Type I Interferons. TRIM25 signaling is a critical regulator of the innate antiviral response and is also involved in estrogen-responsive cell growth. The anti-TRIM25 antibody (TR664) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
