Optimized for high-precision targeting, the AI-designed anti-TRIM25 mAb shows superior binding performance for TRIM25 in human and rodent orthologs. TRIM25 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase essential for the RIG-I-mediated antiviral signaling pathway. It catalyzes the K63-linked ubiquitination of RIG-I, a modification required for the subsequent induction of type I interferons during viral infection.
