The anti-TSPAN33 recombinant antibody (TS778) reacts with human TSPAN33. TSPAN33 (Penumbra) is a tetraspanin specifically expressed in the erythroid lineage. It is essential for the stabilization of ADAM10 on the cell surface, which in turn regulates Notch signaling. TSPAN33 signaling is critical for the proper maturation of red blood cells and the maintenance of hematopoietic homeostasis. The anti-TSPAN33 antibody (TS778) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
