The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-VAV3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse VAV3. VAV3 acts as a GEF for RhoG, RhoA, and RAC1, involved in pathways affecting cytoskeletal rearrangements and transcriptional alterations. The anti-VAV3 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
