Mouse Anti-ZFP36 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1159)

This product is an anti-ZFP36 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human ZFP36. ZFP36 (Tristetraprolin/TTP) is an RNA-binding protein that regulates the stability of mRNAs containing AU-rich elements (AREs), such as TNF-α. It recruits the deadenylation machinery to trigger mRNA decay. ZFP36 signaling acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory "brake"; its loss leads to systemic inflammatory syndrome due to the overproduction of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC383 and VS-0326-YC384, directed against ZFP36 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
