anti-HIgG(Fc)-C-DMDM ADC (CAT#: ADC-1006-SHz)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-human IgG Fc specific polyclonal antibody conjugated via a cleavable linker to DMDM (anti-human IgG(Fc)-CL-DMDM). The antibody portion is a secondary antibody and the drug portion, duocarmycin DM (DMDM), is a cytotoxic small molecule which causes cell death by binding to the minor groove of DNA and alkylating the adenine. This product displays no obvious toxicity without a primary antibody and can be a quite efficient and economical alternative to pre-screening human monoclonal antibodies as ADC candidates.
