This ADC product is composed of a Fab fragment of an anti-human IgG Fc specific polyclonal antibody conjugated via a cleavable linker to MMAE (anti-human IgG(Fc)Fab-CL-MMAE). The antibody portion is a Fab fragment of a secondary antibody and the drug portion, MMAE, is a cytotoxic small molecule which inhibits cell division by depolymerizing Microtubules. This product displays no obvious toxicity without a primary antibody and can be a quite efficient and economical alternative to pre-screening human monoclonal antibodies as ADC candidates.

Useful ADC Tool
This anti-human IgG(Fc)Fab-C-MMAE ADC is a very clever tool for research. I'm using it to pre-screen some of my own human monoclonal antibodies as potential ADC candidates. The antibody portion being a Fab fragment specific to human IgG Fc makes it a universal reagent for my panel.
