anti-HIgG(Fc)Fab-C-PNU ADC (CAT#: ADC-1014-SHFz)
This ADC product is composed of a Fab fragment of an anti-human IgG Fc specific polyclonal antibody conjugated via a cleavable linker to PNU-159682 (anti-human IgG(Fc)Fab-CL-PNU). The antibody portion is a Fab fragment of a secondary antibody and the drug portion, PNU-159682, is a derivative of nemorubicin which causes cell death by intercalating DNA and inhibiting replication. This product displays no obvious toxicity without a primary antibody and can be a quite efficient and economical alternative to pre-screening human monoclonal antibodies as ADC candidates.
