Human Anti-CXCL13 (clone E10) scFv-Fc Chimera (CAT#: VS-0125-FY62)
Anti-CXCL13 scFv-Fc targets CXCL13, a chemokine that plays an important role in lymphoid tissue and inflammatory responses. CXCL13 is primarily associated with the recruitment and activation of B cells, and therefore may play a significant role in immune responses and certain diseases, such as autoimmune diseases and tumor microenvironments. E10 is a leading scFv variant or clone obtained from the screening process, which has achieved significant improvements in affinity and stability for CXCL13 through mutations in the VL-CDR3 region.
