This is an anti-EpoR scFv-Fc antibody, which is a recombinant antibody that is specifically designed to bind to the erythropoietin receptor (EpoR). This antibody consists of a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) linked to the Fc region of an immunoglobulin, making it useful in research, diagnostics, and therapeutic applications. The binding kinetics of this scFv-Fc to the human erythropoietin receptor (huEpoR) were assessed using BIAcore, with the results showing a dissociation constant (KD) of approximately 1.1 nM.
