Recombinant Human Anti-WT1 Soluble TCR (5A) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF5367)
Human TCR (5A) recognizes WT1 peptide (RMFPNAPYL) in the context of HLA-A*02:01. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
