anti-MIgG(Fc)-C-DMSA ADC (CAT#: ADC-1023-SMz)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-mouse IgG Fc specific polyclonal antibody conjugated via a cleavable linker to DMSA (anti-mouse IgG(Fc)-CL-DMSA). The antibody portion is a secondary antibody and the drug portion, duocarmycin SA (DMSA), is a cytotoxic small molecule which causes cell death by binding to the minor groove of DNA and alkylating the adenine. This product displays no obvious toxicity without a primary antibody and can be a quite efficient and economical alternative to pre-screening mouse monoclonal antibodies as ADC candidates.
