anti-MIgG(Fc)-C-PNU ADC (CAT#: ADC-1025-SMz)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-mouse IgG Fc specific polyclonal antibody conjugated via a cleavable linker to PNU-159682 (anti-mouse IgG(Fc)-CL-PNU). The antibody portion is a secondary antibody and the drug portion, PNU-159682, is a derivative of nemorubicin which causes cell death by intercalating DNA and inhibiting replication. This product displays no obvious toxicity without a primary antibody and can be a quite efficient and economical alternative to pre-screening mouse monoclonal antibodies as ADC candidates.
