Recombinant Mouse Anti-IAPP Soluble TCR (BDC-5.2.9) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF3730)
Mouse TCR (BDC-5.2.9) recognizes IAPP peptide (KCNTATCATQRLANFLVRSS) in the context of HLA class II. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
