Recombinant Mouse Anti-IAPP Soluble TCR (BDC-5.2.9) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF1022)
Mouse TCR (BDC-5.2.9) recognizes IAPP peptide (KCNTATCATQRLANFLVRSS) in the context of HLA class II. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (BDC-5.2.9). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
