Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression
Good BUB1B Antibody
This rabbit anti-BUB1B antibody is a solid reagent. We are using it for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) to study cell cycle regulation, and it works well for both. The validation for human, mouse, and rat species is also very convenient.

Works in Mouse and Human
I appreciate that this rabbit antibody for BUB1B is validated for cross-reactivity with human, mouse, and rat. This allows us to use the same reagent in both our human cell lines and our mouse models for our cell cycle research. It provides consistent results in WB and IF.

Q&As

  1. What species is this antibody validated for?

A: This rabbit antibody (MRO-1702-CN) has been validated for reactivity with human. This makes it a versatile tool for researchers who work using the common research models. The antibody is a Rabbit IgG.

  2. What is the target BUB1B, and what applications can I use this antibody for?

A: This antibody targets BUB1B (Bub1 budding uninhibited by benzimidazoles 1 homolog beta), a key protein in cell cycle research. It is a critical component of the spindle assembly checkpoint, which ensures chromosomes are properly aligned before cell division. Our data confirms this antibody is validated for Immunofluorescence (IF), Western Blot (WB), and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
