Robust GPX1 Marker
This rabbit polyclonal antibody is excellent for detecting Glutathione Peroxidase 1. We used it in Western Blotting of liver tissue lysates, and it produced a strong, specific band. It has been a key reagent for our oxidative stress research, allowing us to monitor antioxidant enzyme levels effectively.
Clear Immunofluorescence
We used this antibody for immunofluorescence staining to visualize the cytoplasmic localization of GPX1 in cultured cells. The signal was bright and specific, with very low background. It helped us confirm the cellular distribution of the enzyme under various oxidative conditions.
