This antibody is a rat recombinant antibody against human GH1. It was developed by immunization of rat with recombinant human GH1 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rat IgG1. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair 6D12 and 3G12. The clone 6D12 can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA analysis to identify human GH1.
