This antibody is a rat recombinant antibody against human GH1. It was developed by immunization of rat with recombinant human GH1 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rat IgG2a. 6D12 and 3G12 were identified as antibody pair for sandwich ELISA. As a detection antibody, the clone 3G12 can be used in ELISA analysis to identify human GH1.
