This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against mouse MMP12. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant mouse MMP12 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. R81-6I-9 and R47-4V-1 were identified as antibody pair for sandwich ELISA. As a detection antibody, the clone R47-4V-1 can be used in ELISA analysis to identify mouse MMP12.
