The Recombinant Anti-Tacr1 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC744) is an antibody-displaying extracellular vesicle (Ab-EV). The product combines the benefits of both extracellular vesicle (EV) and antibody (Ab) which can guide the decorated EVs to Tacr1-expressed cells or tissues. Tacr1 is a substance P receptor, involved in processes such as memory and cell communication, expressed in neural and immune-related tissues.

Biomarker of acute necrotizing pancreatitis; allergic rhinitis; asthma; colitis; and respiratory syncytial virus infectious disease. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in developmental disorder of mental health and exercise-induced bronchoconstriction. Orthologous to human TACR1 (tachykinin receptor 1).
