Recombinant monoclonal antibody specially binds to the ligand-binding domain of the neurokinin 1 receptor for the neuropeptide substance P. This mouse anti-neurokinin 1 receptor antibody (clone 11) can be useful to treat patients with inflammatory conditions affecting peripheral organs, sunch as skin or eye allergic reactions, arthritis and bronchial asthma.
