Recombinant monoclonal antibody specially binds to the ligand-binding domain of the neurokinin 1 receptor for the neuropeptide substance P. This mouse anti-neurokinin 1 receptor antibody (clone 6) can be widely used in the study of the mechanism of various diseases of the central nervous system, sunch as schizophrenia, migraine, fibromyalgia.
