Hi-Affi™ Rabbit Anti-ACKR1 Recombinant Antibody (clone DS927AB)
CAT#: MOR-0927
Recombinant Rabbit anti-DARC monoclonal antibody for WB, IHC, ICC, IP, FC, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Q&As
-
How do I minimize proteolytic degradation of my samples?
A: Use protease inhibitors in your lysis buffer, keep samples on ice, and process them quickly to minimize degradation.
-
Why is antibody validation important?
A: Validation ensures the antibody binds specifically and effectively to the target antigen, providing confidence in the experimental results and reproducibility across different studies.
-
Can primary antibodies be reused in experiments?
A: While possible, reuse may lead to inconsistent results. Fresh aliquots are recommended to ensure reliability and reproducibility in your experiments.
