Robust Alk Detection
We tested this recombinant Mouse antibody in ELISA and Western Blot to detect ALK expression. It successfully recognized the extracellular domain regions as described. The antibody provided strong signals and clean results, making it a dependable tool for studying receptor tyrosine kinase expression in our cell lines.
Excellent Flow Cytometry Performance
Using HPAB-0140-YC for Flow Cytometry allowed us to accurately assess surface ALK levels. The antibody, expressed in mammalian cells, showed high affinity and specificity. The chemically defined culture media production process gives us confidence that the product is free from animal-derived contaminants that could interfere with our cellular assays.
