SmartAb™ Recombinant Anti-ALK pH-dependent Antibody (Clone D10)

The anti-ALK pH-dependent antibody (clone D10) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target human ALK. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to ALK. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of ALK on cells and tissues. Human ALK (Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a role in nervous system development. Aberrant fusions and mutations involving ALK are oncogenic drivers in several cancers, particularly non-small cell lung cancer, making it a major therapeutic target.
