Effective Inhibition Of BDNF
We used this human recombinant antibody (B20) to inhibit BDNF activity in our functional assays. It competed effectively for binding to human BDNF and allowed us to assess the impact of BDNF blockade. It is a potent tool for inhibition studies.
Great For Pain Research Studies
Our lab studies neuropathic pain mechanisms, and this antibody has been instrumental. It binds human BDNF with high affinity and works well in our in vitro models. The fact that it is a humanized antibody adds to its utility in our specific research context.
