Anti-BST2 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC-enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. This antibody is a humanized anti-HM1. 24 mAb with Fc-domain engineered to significantly enhance FcγR binding and associated immune effector functions. The clinical development of this antibody, both as a monotherapy and in combination with lenalidomide, to improve patient outcome of multiple myeloma (MM).
