Human Anti-CD200R1 Recombinant Antibody (clone OX108) (CAT#: PABC-020)
Recombinant Human Antibody (OX108) is capable of binding to CD200R, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-CD200R mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-CD200R mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.

ELISA analysis of PABC-020 was performed by coating with Recombinant Human CD200R Protein. Then blocked with BSA, and incubated with Anti-Human CD200R Antibody (PABC-020). The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody. Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
