Confirmed Internalization In LoVo

We selected this antibody specifically because of the documentation regarding its internalization by LoVo cells. Our own immunofluorescence microscopy replicated these findings perfectly. It binds effectively to Cadherin-17 and is internalized as expected, making it ideal for our trafficking studies.

Specific For Cadherin 17

This recombinant mouse antibody showed high specificity for human CDH17 in our Flow Cytometry assays. We did not observe non-specific binding in negative control lines. The antibody was easy to work with and stable when stored according to the provided instructions at -20°C.
