Anti-CXCL13 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (VX5) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. VX5 is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds human, primate and rodent CXCL13, neutralizes its activity and exhibits therapeutic benefit in mouse models of human autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis).

Adcc Enhanced Antibody Efficacy

We investigated the effects of this Afuco™ Anti-Human CXCL13 antibody in our research. The ADCC enhancement provided by the fucosyltransferase-engineered platform was a key factor for our study. It specifically binds to human and rodent CXCL13 and showed significant neutralizing activity in our mouse models of autoimmune disease.

Strong Binding To CXCL13

The monoclonal antibody VX5 demonstrated strong binding to CXCL13 in our assays. We were impressed by its ability to neutralize the chemokine's activity. The product was delivered with high purity (>95%), and we have stored it at -20°C for long-term use without any degradation in performance.
