Recombinant Rabbit anti-DOT1L monoclonal antibody for WB, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Specific For Dot1l In WB
We needed a reliable antibody for detecting human DOT1L in cell lysates, and this recombinant rabbit monoclonal worked perfectly in Western Blot. The detection was specific to the histone methyltransferase, and the recombinant nature ensures we can repeat these experiments with the same accuracy.
High Purity And Sensitivity
The quality of this antibody is evident from its high purity (>95% by SDS-PAGE). We utilized it for research involving the methylation of lysine-79 of histone H3, and the antibody's sensitivity allowed us to detect even lower levels of the target protein.
