Anti-FCGR2B ADCC Enhanced Antibody (SM201) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. SM201 is an anti-hFcγRIIB antibody not interfering with ligand binding that mediates immune complex dependent inhibition of B cells, it can be used for the treatment of antibody-mediated autoimmune diseases.
