Anti-GCC (5F9)-mc-val-cit-PABC-MMAE ADC (MLN0264) (CAT#: ADC-L035)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-GCC antibody (clone 5F9) conjuagated via a mc-val-cit-PABC linker to MMAE (5F9-mc-val-cit-PABC-MMAE). It has demonstrated a response in advanced gastrointestinal malignancies treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of Depolymerize Microtubules.
