Human Anti-HIV-1 Env Recombinant Antibody (clone 17B) (CAT#: PABL-514)
Recombinant Human Antibody (17B) is capable of binding to HIV-1 Env, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-HIV-1 Env mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-HIV-1 Env proteins mAb and CL of human light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
Figure 1 Flow cytometry analysis of 17b antibody binding to the HIV-1 envelope glycoproteins.
Cells (293T) expressing the cytoplasmic tail-deleted YU2 HIV-1 envelope glycoproteins were incubated with the indicated molecules and then analyzed for 17b antibody binding (PE) by two-color flow cytometry.
