Recombinant Human Antibody (B13) scFv Fragment is specific to HIV-1 gp120, expressed in E. coli. Unlike other CD4BS antibodies, antibody b13 showed substantial, though reduced, binding to the 109-428 variant. In addition, b13 was able to recognize an outer domain–only variant of gp120.
