Clear Nuclear Staining
We used this antibody for immunofluorescence, and it gave very clear nuclear staining of PDX1, which is expected for this transcription factor. It also worked well in IHC on paraffin sections. The antibody is raised against the full-length protein, providing robust recognition of the target.
Great For Pancreatic Research
This recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody is excellent for our research on pancreatic development. We have used it successfully in Western Blot to quantify PDX1 levels. The affinity purification seems to have resulted in a high-quality reagent with minimal non-specific binding in our lysates.
