Specific SOX9 Nuclear Staining
We used the clone 3C10 for Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections. It provided specific nuclear staining of SOX9 in chondrocytes. This Recombinant Mouse Monoclonal Antibody binds to a specific fragment (aa 400-509) of the human protein.
Reliable For Western Blot
This antibody also worked well in Western Blotting. It recognized the SOX9 protein specifically. It is a Protein A purified IgG2a antibody produced in CHO cells. We highly recommend it for developmental biology research involving SOX9.
