Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human LILRA4. Anti-ILT7 antibody binds to plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs), a subset of dendritic cells (DCs). pDCs is known as a major source of IFNα; overproduction of IFNα is considered to be one of the major causes of autoimmune diseases. Anti-ILT7 antibody specifically recognizes and kills pDCs to suppress the IFNα supply, which leads to the improvement of autoimmune disease symptoms.
