Strong Signal in Western Blot
This IgM antibody provided a very strong signal for HSPA8 in our western blot analysis of mouse lysates. Although there is slight cross-reactivity with HSP70, the primary band for the constitutive cognate protein was distinct and quantifiable for our heat shock response research.
Great for Frozen Sections
We applied this antibody to frozen mouse tissue sections for immunohistochemistry. It stained the spermatogenic cells quite well, consistent with HSPA8 expression patterns. The protocol provided was easy to follow, and the fluorescence signal was stable.
