Anti-Human NRP2 Recombinant Antibody scFv Fragment (ITAC-B1)

The anti-NRP2 antibody against the VEGF-binding site of B domain of NRP-2 and therefore reduces tumor lymphangiogenesis and the formation of metastases, increase p53 expression, induces apoptosis of tumour cells. Thus, it can be used in the anticancer treatment, such as colorectal cancer, breast cancer, kidney cancer, melanomas.
