Recombinant Anti-mouse PTEN Intrabody [+36 GFP] (CAT#: IAB-B021(G))
Recombinant anti-PTEN intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells to bind PTEN in T cells, expressed in CHO cells. The intrabody can modulate the expression and/or activity of PTEN in T cells, regulatory T cells, and CD4 T cells.
