Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human RYK. The antibodiess that bind RYK, in particular human RYK are useful in treatment of cancer, inflammation and other chronic diseases and nerve injury, including peripheral nerve injury and spinal cord injury.
